These terms and conditions of sale apply to all purchases from this website. By purchasing from our website you are deemed to have accepted these terms of sale which are binding.
Any variation to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms of sale on the website.
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include GST.
Availability: We will attempt to contact you if a product you have ordered is not in stock at the time your order is processed.
Nurse Maude sells products in good faith and stands by its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Nurse Maude has made every effort to ensure the content of this website is current, accurate, and complete. We will correct any error or inaccuracy that is brought to our attention.
All disposable and washable incontinence pads, pull-ons, nappies and briefs have a size and an absorbency level. Please be careful with your choice of product and size and choose a product that best fits these requirements. (We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you choose incorrectly.)
Please choose products carefully as we will not refund goods if you change your mind, or if the item you purchased is no longer required.
If you find that there is a problem with any product you have purchased from us, please contact us immediately.
The return of faulty or incorrect goods must be made within 28 days of purchase. We reserve the right to request that the original goods be returned to us before we send replacements.
No open packets of any disposable product will be accepted for return.
Proof of purchase (ie copy of receipt) must be included with any product being returned.
In the event that a refund becomes necessary we will contact the customer to obtain the necessary details. We regret that we are currently unable to refund directly back to a customer’s credit card. Any refund owing will be paid into a customer’s nominated bank account.
If a product is temporarily unavailable it will be placed on back order and you will be notified. If an item on backorder cannot be sourced in 10 days from date of purchase we will refund you for that item.
